Shipping Policy

Parcel delivery depends on shipping option chosen. All shipping rates are available on checkout and all orders are same day shipping (applies for business working days during couriers working hours). In the event we have high volume of orders, dispatch will be 1-2 business days. Delays may occur with shipping courier, these delivery times are for guidance.

  1. Auspost Express - delivery within 3 working days for Brisbane Metro areas, Sunshine Coast & Gold Coast; 3-4 working days for QLD; 3-5 working days for Interstate
  2. Auspost Standard - delivery in 5-8 working days for QLD; approx. 9-14 working days for Interstate

Duty and import taxes is the customer's responsibility
