Returns Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund if not happy, however the shipping cost will not be refunded as this will have been utilised when order is sent

Please note if your order is shipped as per our shipping policy and is delayed by the courier, this does not count for returning order. We will assist getting the order delivered by contacting the courier company.

In order to make sure you receive your full cost of wig(s)/hair ordered, the following checklist should be used. Missing items will be charged. You will be required to confirm the following:

  • Wig/Hair not washed or plucked
  • Lace not cut or bleached
  • Tags and clips attached
  • Wig/hair net included
  • Packaging included
  • Hair extensions in original packaging
  • A receipt for all POS sales is a must

Next step is to contact us; returned orders without any communication will not be accepted. A return address will be given and the refund will be processed once order is received in good condition.

Please note it is customer's responsibility to pay for return order postage. 

In the event that you prefer a swap, please note it is customer's responsibility to pay for postage of the swap order

Please note a 10% restocking fee will be charged on all non-defective items, that includes change of mind.  If items are received damaged or not happy with quality, kindly reach out asap at info@mimzon.com

Hair care and beauty products returns will not be aaccepted for hygiene purposes.
