Salon Policy
1. Booking & Deposits
- A 50% deposit is required to secure all appointments.
- Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred if the appointment is rescheduled with adequate notice.
2. Cancellations & No-Shows
- Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. To reschedule or cancel an appointment call our store at 07 3048 1225 or email info@mimzon.com
- Late cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of deposit.
- Repeated no-shows may require full payment upfront for future bookings.
3. Late Arrivals
- We allow a 30 minute grace period.
- If you arrive later than this without prior communication, your service will be automatically cancelled and your deposit forfeited.
4. Payments
- Full payment is required on the day of service.
- We accept cash, card, Afterpay and zippay.
- No unpaid services will be provided.
5. Service Guarantee
- We stand by our work. If you have any concerns, please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment so we can address them.
- No refunds are provided for completed services.

🌸 Sunday & Public Holiday Appointments – Surcharge Notice 🌸
Sunday and Public Holiday appointments are available upon request. To ensure we can continue offering Sunday and Public Holiday availability, a 15% surcharge (capped at $40 per booking) applies to all services booked on.
This helps us cover higher weekend and holidays operating costs while still providing you with the quality and care you love at Glam Hair AU.
